Hoan Kiem Lake Walking Street: Hot Spot for Young People This Weekend

Hoan Kiem Lake walking street has become the weekend destination of choice for Hanoi's youth this November 2025. The pedestrian-only zone, which operates from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM every weekend, has attracted record crowds this month with its unique combination of cultural activities, entertainment options, and social spaces.

According to the Hanoi Department of Tourism, foot traffic at the walking street has increased by 35% compared to the same period last year. "We're seeing a diverse demographic of young people aged 16-35 who come to enjoy the atmosphere," said Nguyen Minh Anh, spokesperson for the department.

The walking street features numerous attractions including live music performances by local artists, traditional craft demonstrations, and food stalls offering both traditional Vietnamese dishes and international cuisine. "The atmosphere is electric," shared Tran Phuong Linh, a 22-year-old university student who visits the walking street every weekend. "It's a perfect place to socialize while experiencing Vietnamese culture."

This weekend's special attractions include:
